Take 5 eggs, 250 g sugar, 250 g butter, 500 g flour, 15 g baking powder,
a dash of rum flavouring, 10 ounces of milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, patience and lots of loving care when mixing. Our magnificent gugelhopf is baked for 60 minutes.
